The shaft and spring are heavy duty, so is the solid foam punching ball on top. The rotating punching bar comes with a ball bearing contruction for fast and free spinning. This punch bar is ideal for blocking, crouching, countering, footwork, hand and eye coordination, endurance, fitness, exercises and circuit training and much more.
